(a) Taq polymerase was originally isolated form the thermophilic bactrium thermus aquaticus this enzyme is a thermostable DNA polymerause use in the process of PCR (Polymerase chain reacton ) Normally each rund of replication the mixture needs to obe heated above `90^(@)C` to denature the newly formed DNA allowing the strands to separate and act as templated in the next round .the enzyme taq polymerase is thermostable and eliminates the need for having to add new enzyme to PCR
