Correct Answer - B
Required line is `(2x-3y+7)+k(7x+4y+2)=0`.
Given that this line passes through (2, 3)
`:. (2(2)-3(3)+7)+k(7(2)+4(3)+2)=0`
`implies 4-9+7+k(14+12+2)=0`
`implies 2+k(28)=0`
`implies 28 k=-2 implies k=(-1)/14`.
`:.` Reuired line
`implies (2x-3y+7)+((-1)/14)(7x+4y+2)=0`
`implies 28x-42y+98-7x-4y-2=0`
`implies 21x-46y+96=0`.
