Information that would be collected by me would include the following details :
`(i)` Name and age of the person
`(ii)` Gender
`(iii)` whether the person is suffering from any of the following :
`(a)` Diabetes
`(b)` Thyroid
`(c )` Increased Cholestrol
`(d)` Any kind of heart problem
`(e)` Any kind of breathing problem
`(f)` Any kind of renal problem
`(g)` Any chronic disease/illness
`(iv)` Number of children and their age
`(v)` Dependents in the family.
For this purpose, I would appoint investigators who would go door-to-door and collect information from the informants. This would ensure true, first-hand information that can be collected in a systematic way.
