Best answer
Number of beats `v=+-(v_(1)-v_(2))`
`impliesv_(1)=364+3` or `364-3`
`=367` or 361Hz
Loading a fork with ws decreases its frequency.
On loading the first fork, the number of beats produced per second decreases therefore `v_(1)=367Hz`.
