The only correct option about genetically engineered insulin using E. Coli is that it can be obtained in huge amounts and unlimited quantities. The other options given are not appropriate for insulin, as it is not difficult to purify. It does not allow transmission of animal diseases and insulin obtained does not vary in chemical structure.
