Show that the torque on an electric dipole placed in a uniform electric field is `tau=pxxE` independent of the origin about which torque is calculated.

Since net force on electric dipole in uniform electric field is zero. Hence, torque can be calculated about point. This comes out to be a constant quantity given by
`tau=pxxE`
