Here, - `NH_2` is o- and p-directing , introduce on `(-NO_2)` group , directly by nitration aniline woluk yield mixture and tarry broducts , Introduce the secons `(NO_2)` group via diazonium salt method .

First introduce `(- No_2)` group at p-position and then oxidation of `(Me -)` group to `( - COOH)` and then introduce `(-CN)` group by Sandmeyer reaction.
