Best answer
Correct Answer - D
Due to `(+I)` effect of three `(Me)` group in `t`-butyl group, the benzene is activated and unstable, so the oxidation of the benzene ring tales place. The oxidation not take place because it doesnot have the benzylic `H` atom.

So the answer is `(d)`.
