Best answer
Correct Answer - c
Velocity of electromagnetic radiation is the velocity of light `(c)`, i.e.,
`c=(1)/(sqrt(mu_(0)epsilon_(0)))`
Where `mu_(0)` is the permeability and `epsilon_(0)` is the permmittivity of free space.
