The wave nature of radiation can not explain the following:
(i) The instantaneous ejection of photoelectrons
(ii) The existence of threshold frequency for metal surface.
(iii) The fact that KE of the emitted photoelectrons is independent of the intensity of the incident light but depends upon the frequency of the incident light.
