Here input, `V_(rms)=10V`
Peak value of input voltage,
`=E_(0)=sqrt(2)V_(rms)=sqrt(2)xx10=14.14V`
Since the transformer is a step up transformer having transformation ratio `1:2,` the maximum
value of output voltage of the transformer applied to the diode will be
`E_(0)=2xxE_(0)=2xx14.14=28.28V`
`:. D.C. "voltage" =(2E_(0))/pi=(2xx28.28xx7)/22=18V`
