In  ΔCAB,   

∠A = ∠B  (Given)

AC = CB

(By isosceles triangle property)

But,       AD = BE         (Given)....(i)

or   AC - AD = CB - BE

CD = CE      ....(ii)

Dividing equation (ii) by (i),

CD /AD = CE / BE

By converse of  BPT,

DE ||AB
