Best answer
Here `q = 17*7xx10^(-4) C, A = 400 m^(2), E = ?, r = 10 cm , 10^(-1) m`
In case of a large plane sheet, distance of the point `(=r)` does not manner.
`E = (sigma)/(2 in_(0)) = (q//A)/(2in_(0)) = (q)/(2in_(0) A) = (1*77xx10^(-4))/(2xx(8*85xx10^(-12))xx400) = 2*5xx10^(5) N//C`
