Correct Answer - 1
For solution with very low concentration, units such as parts per million (ppm) or parts per billion `(ppb)` can be used.
ppm`=("mass of solute")/("mass of solution")xx10^(6)`
`=(6xx10^(-3)g)/(1030 g)xx10^(6)`
`=5.8`
i.e., `5.8 g per 10^(6) g` i.e., a million gram of sea water.
