माना `AgCl` के लिए विलेयता गुणनफल `=K_(spAgCl)`
तब `K_(spAgCl)=[Ag^(+)][Cl^(-)]`
`0.1"N HCl"` में `AgCl` के लिए,
`[Ag^(+)]=(K_(sp" "AgCl))/([Cl^(-)])=(K_(sp))/(0.1)`
अब नसर्ट समीकरण के अनुसार,
`E_(Ag//Ag^(+))=E_(Ag//Ag^(+))^(@)-(0.059)/(1)"log"[Ag^(+)]`
`-0.250=-0.799-(0.059)/(1)"log"(K_(sp))/(0.1)`
`:." "K_(sp" "AgCl)=4.95xx10^(-11)`
