अभिक्रिया के वेग पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ेगा यदि (i) एस्टर की सान्द्रतादोगुनी कर दी जाये
(ii) यदि `H^+` आयन की सान्द्रतादोगुनी कर दी जाये

माना एस्टर की सान्द्रता= a, तथा `H^+` की सान्द्रता=b
`therefore" " (dx)/(dt)=K[a][b]^0" "…(1)`
(i) एस्टर की सान्द्रतादोगुनी करने पर
`(dx)/(dt)=K[2a][b]^0=2K[a][b]^0" "...(2)`
`therefore` अभिक्रिया का वेग दो गुना हो जायेगा
(ii) `H^+` आयन की सान्द्रतादोगुनी करने पर
`(dx)/(dt)=K[a][2b]^0=K[a]" "...(3)`
अतः वेग पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा
