Best answer
Correct Answer - C
`RLVP=("i"n_(Nacl))/("i"n_(naCl)+n_(H_(2)o)`
`0.4=("i")/(i+3)`
so `i=2`
`because i=1+alpha` so `alpha=1` or `100%`
