`f=(mg sin theta)/(1+(mR^(2))/I)` ltbRgt No displacement of point of contact. So work done =0
`mu gt (g tan theta)/(1+(mR^(2))/I)`
`I_(max) rArr mu_(reqd)` is max
`I_(max)` is for hollow cylinder.
