Why India and China though having about 70% of the live stock of the world, contribute only 25% of the world farm produce ? What does it indicate and what has to be done ?

The low farm produce indicates a very low productivity per unit. New modern techniques for management farm and live stock and also the breeding methods have to be developed to achieve the improvement in productivity and quality.
