A sum of 1750 is divided into two pats such that the interest on the first pat at a 8% simple interest per annum and that on the other part at 6% simple interest per annum are equal. The interest on each part(in rupee) is(रु1750 की राशि दो भागो में इस प्रकार विभाजित की जाती है की पहले भाग पर 8 % के दर से वार्षिक साधारण बियाज और दूसरे भाग पर 6% की दर से वार्षिक साधारण बियाज बराबर है तब प्रतियेक भाग पर बियाज )

(a) Principa(मूलधन)=1750
Let the first part(माना की पहला भाग) =x
Hence second part(इसलिए दूसरा भाग)=(1750-x)
According to the question(प्रशानुसार)
`x xx(8)/(100)xx1=(1750-x)xx(6)/(100)=1`
`4x=5250-3x`
7x=5250-3x
x=750
First part (पहला भाग) =750
Second part(दूसरा भाग) =(1750-750)=1000
Required Interest(अभीस्ट बियाज) =`750xx(8)/(100)=60`

Note:- Interest is same in both cases
According to the question(प्रशानुसार)
700 units = ₹ 1750
1 unit = ₹ `1750/700`
24 units = ₹ `1750/700xx24= ₹ 60`
Hence, required interest (अभीस्ट बियाज) = ₹ 60
