Best answer

(i) Degenerate--One amino acid may be coded by several codons.

(ii) unambiguous or specific-each codon codes for a specific amino acid.

Detailed answer:

The code is said to be degenerate because some of the amino acids are coded by more than on codons. The code is said to be ambiguous because it is specific i.e. one codon codes for only one particular amino acid.
