`x:y=3:4`
`(7x+3y)/(7x-3y)=y/y((7 x/y +3)/(7 x/y -3))=(7xx 3/4+3)/(7xx 3/4-3)`
`(21/4+3)/(21/4-3)=((21+12)/4)/((21-12)/4)=11/3`
