मान लीजिए `""_(5)^(10)B` की बहुलता `x%` है, तब `""_(5)^(11)B` की बहुलता `(100-x)%` होगी |
`:.` बोरॉन का परमाणु द्रव्यमान
`=(x xx10.01294+(100-x)xx11.00931)/(100)`
या `" "10.811=(10.01294x+1100.931-11.00931x)/(100)`
या `" "1081.1=1100.931-0.99637" x"`
या `0.99637" x"=1100.931-1081.1`
या `0.99637x=19.831`
`:." "x=(19.831)/(0.99637)=19.9%`
तथा `" "100-x=100-19.9=80.1%`
