Correct option (a) mitochondria

Explanation:

Microtubules are present only in eukaryotes; and are component of cilia and flagella as well as spindle (during cell division). They are straight, hollow rods measuring about 25 nm in diameter and 200 nm to 25 μm in length. Microtubules give shape and support to the cell.
