Correct Answer - B
`lambda_m=KV`
With decrease in concentration , total volume V of the solution containing one mole of electrolyte also increases and decreases in K (conductivity) on dilution of a solution is more than compensated by increase in its volume, hence molar conductivity `(lambda_m)` increases.
