Best answer
Given Primary voltage `V_(P)=2300 V`
Secondary voltage `V_(S)=230 V`.
Using formula,
`(V_(S))/(V_(P))=(N_(S))/(N_(P))`
`(230)/(2300)=(N_(S))/(4000)`
`N_(S)=400`
`therefore` thus, the number of turns in secondary are 400.
