Given , modulation index , `m_(a)=2//3 and E_("max")=10V `
We know that , `m_(a)=(E_("max")-E_("min"))/(E_("max")+E_("min"))`
`implies (2)/(3) =(10-E_("min"))/(10+E_("min"))`
`implies 20 + 2E_("min")=30-3E_("min")`
`implies 5E_("min")=10 `
`or E_("min")=10//5=2V `
