Azeotropes-A liquid mixture which distills at constant temperature without undergoing any change in composition is called azeotropes. 

Minimum boiling azeotropes is formed by positive deviation from Raoult's law. 

Example : (i) Water and benzene 

(ii) Chloroform and methanol
