`l_1/l_2xxr_1/r_2 = sqrt(rho_2/rho_1)`
`3/2xx3/2 = sqrt(rho_2/rho_1)`
`9/4=sqrt(rho_2/rho_1)`
`81/16 = rho_2/ rho_1 therefore rho_1/rho_2= 16/81`
