300 K ताप पर शुद्ध Si में इलेक्ट्रान और होल सांद्रता एकसमान `1.5xx10^(16)` प्रति मी`^(3)` है । इंडियन के अपमिश्रण से होल की सांद्रता बढ़कर `4.5xx10^(22)` प्रति मी`^(3)` हो जाती है । अपमिश्रित Si में इलेक्ट्रान सांद्रता की गणना कीजिए ।

दिया है - `n_(i)=1.5xx10^(16)` प्रति मी`^(3)`
अपमिश्रित Si के लिए `n_(n)=4.5xx10^(22)` प्रति मी`^(22)`
`therefore` सूत्र `n_(e)n_(n)=n_(i)^(2)` से ,
`n_(e)=(n_(i)^(2))/(n_n) =((1.5xx10^16)^2)/(4.5 xx10^22)`
`n_(e)=0.5xx10^10`
`=5.0 xx10^9` प्रति मी`^(3)` ।
