Given `r=2 cm=2 xx10^(-2) m, E=9xx10^(4) N//C`
`E=lambda/(2pi epsi_(0) r)=lambda/(2pi epsi_(0) r)xx2/2=(2lambda)/(4pi epsi_(0) r)`
`9xx10^(4)=(9xx10^(9)xx2xxlambda)/(2xx10^(-2))`
`implies lambda =10^(-7) C//m`
Thus, the linear charge density is `10^(-7)` C/m.
