Best answer
Since the bar magnet is cylindrical, its lines of force remain symmetric about its own axis. As a result, if the bar magnet is rotated about its own axis, i.e., with respect to the axis of the coil, the number of magnetic lines of force i.e., magnetic flux linked with the coil remains unchanged. So, no current will be induced in the coil.
