Best answer
Correct Answer - C
Smaller the size and greater the charge on cation, more is the covalent character. Ionic sizes of `Li^(+), Na^(+) and Be^(2+)` is in the order `Be^(2+) lt Li^(+) lt Na^(+)`
Therefore correct order of covalent character is `BeCl_2`lt LiCl lt NaCl
