Correct Answer - C
`XeF_4` is square planar while `BF_4^(-)` and `SiF_4` are tetrahedral. Hence all the M-F bonds are equal in these molecules. However in `SF_4` there is `sp^3d` hybridization having two axial and two equitorial S-F bonds. Thus all the bond in `SF_4` are not equal.
