Correct option is: C) 0.48

Since, there is only two opponents in the chess game

so, either Rama wins the chess game or

Reshma wins the chess game.

\(\therefore\) P(Rama wins ) + P (Reshma wins) = 1

\(\because\) P (Rama wins) = 0.52

\(\therefore\) P (Reshma wins) = 1 - P (Rama wins)

= 1 - 0.52 = 0.48

Hence, probability of winning chess game by Reshma is 0.48
