Correct Answer - A
Ethylene `(H_(2)C=CH_(2))`, Aetylene (HC = CH) will have hindered rotation due to the presence of `pi`-bonds and in hexachloroethane there is some hinderance about C-C bond due to bulky halogen atoms. As such least hindered is ethane.
