Best answer
Correct Answer - A,B,D
Due to steric hinderance of three groups `-NO_2` group go out of the plane with benzene ring and so conjugation of `-NO_2` group with benzene is slightly diminished. So bond length of `C_1-N` & `C_5-N` is more than `C_3-N`
