`T_(0) = 2pisqrt((l)/(g_(eff)))`….(i)
Now `(T_(0))/(2) = 2pisqrt((l)/(g + a))`….(ii)
`rArr (g +a )/(g) = 4 rArr a = 3g` (upwards)
