Correct Answer - D
In tertiary alkyl halides, the reaction rate depends upon the concentration of tertiary alkyl halide only sinice it proceeds by `S_(N^(1))` mechanism. Since the concentration of alkyl halide does not change, reaction rate remains unchanged.
