Correct Answer - `8(5+3)`
Compound `(I), (IV), (V), (VII)` and `(IX)` gives positive haloform compound `(III), (VII)` and `(IX)` gives positive Lucas reagent, `x = 5, y = 3` so, `(5+3) = 8`.
