Correct Answer - D
`t=sqrt(x)+3rArrsqrt(x)=t-3`
`x=(t-4)^(2)=t^(2)-6t+9`
`x=t^(2)-6t+9`
`v=(dx)/(dt)=2t-6`
for `v=0,2t-6=0rArrt=3` sec
at t=3 sec
`x=(3-3)^(2)=0`
