Lack of iodine in diet results in goitre. Oxytocin is produced by neurohypophysis, which stimulates uters contraction during child birth. Anterior pituitary secretes Growth Hormones (GH) its over secretion stimulates abnormal growth. Testosterone is secreted by Leydig cells of testes in males.
