For `0 le x lt 1, y^(2) =x `, which is a parabola having vertex at `(0, 0)` and concave right side.
For `1 le x lt 2, y^(2) = (x-1)`, which is a parabola having vertex at (1, 0) and concave right side.
For `2 le x lt 3, y^(2) = (x-2)` , which is a parabola having vertex at (2, 0) and concave right side.
For `-1 le x lt 0, y^(2) = (x+1)`, which is a parabola having vertex at (-1, 0) and concave right side and so on.
In all the above cases, `-1 le y le 1`.
