Best answer
Oxidative phosphorylation is the process of ATP formation due to the transfer of electrons from NADH or `FADH_(2)` to oxygen molecule `(O_(2))` by a series of electron carriers . This process occurs in the inner mitochondrial membrane because of its less permeability , presence of ETC proteins and ATP synthase .
The rest three statements are correct .
