The correct option is (d) 7N14.

Explanation:

The nuclear reaction is

8O16 + 1H2 → 7N14 + 2He4

So when a deuteron is bombarded on 8O16 nucleus then an α-particle (2He4) is emitted and the product nucleus is 7N14.
