Best answer

Given: n = number of moles = 5.0 mol, V = volume = 5 dm3

P = pressure = 3.32 bar, R = 0.083 bar dm3 K-1 mol-1

To find: Temperature (T)

Formula: PV = nRT

Calculation: According to ideal gas equation,

PV = nRT

∴ T = \(\frac{PV}{nR}\) = \(\frac{3.32\times 5}{5.0\times0.083}\) = 40 K

The temperature of the gas is 40 K.
