Best answer

Correct option (a) sp2, sp2, sp3

Explanation:

CH3 (methyl free radical) has planar structure with sp2 hybridisation of 'C' atom. The odd electron is present in unhybridised 2pz orbital.

(methyl carbonium ion) also has trigonal planar structure (sp2).

(methyl carbanion) has tetrahedral structure (sp3) and one of the hybrid orbitals contains the lone pair of electrons.
