Easiest explanation: The FNBW in E-plane is given by FNBW=2 θ \(= sin^{-1}(⁡(\frac{n\lambda}{b})). \)As the dimension of the antenna aperture increases, the FNBW will decrease. Thereby, beam-width becomes narrower.
