The correct option is (b) Xe > Kr > Ar > Ne > He.

Explanation:

As the size of the noble gas atoms increases down the group, the polarisation of the electron cloud becomes easier. So, heavier noble gas atoms are easily polarised in polar water. Thus, solubility increases down the group.
