Correct option (b) 0.0 V

Explanation :

Transformers are used for stepping-up or stepping down an A.C current (A.C voltage source). Leclanche cell gives a D.C. voltage. As the input from a Leclanche cell does not change with time, the magnetic flux linked with the secondary also does not change and hence the induced emf is zero. Hence the output will be zero.
